Lather, rinse, and repeat is an idiom roughly quoting the instructions found on many bottles of shampoo. It is also used as a humorous way of pointing out that such instructions, if taken literally, would result in an endless loop of repeating the same steps, at least until one runs out of shampoo.

This painting represents that repetitive motion - but my shampoo had run out. The Rinse & Repeat became a release.

Pain isn't easy - but always leads us one step closer to becoming the person we're meant to be. This process can be beautiful when the rinse & repeat opens a new chapter.
