This piece is called Science Experiment because I feel that we're all part of one big experiment.
Frida Kahlo centered in the painting had a number of struggles. From being born with spinabifida, to polio, and then was hit by a bus in 1925 - all of this leading to Frida spending an great deal of her life in bed.

This had her creating many of her works from her mattress for a great deal of her life, yet she still is one of the greatest artists of all time.

I was struck by lightening the summer of 2012 - and by all means, I wasn't bed-ridden, but it did effect my life, and drove me to become a guinea pig for doctors to test their trials on, while not talking to each other, only focusing on one component rather than the whole picture... This all did enhance certain disadvantages that were to come. Although this experience, shaped who I am today.
It's two fold:

On one hand: I am thankful, I am grateful for the understanding that there could be worse. It reminds me be careful interacting with others, as you never know what is happening behind closed doors. I feel lucky that once we found a solution, I became better.

On the other: I am scared, how could one not be? As they say, to each their own - and to each is relative.
This has made me who I am today, and will continue to do so as life progresses forward. It's all written in the stars.
